           Type the text One of the work of multipurpose development authority in Barind area, including irrigation infrastructure and development of quality seeds. In the last three years, 42 LPPs including 14 Solar were installed and 33 open ventures / wastes deep tube wells and 38.5 Kms of underground irrigation channels, about 1375 hectares of land was brought under controlled irrigation. Supplementary irrigation has been arranged in about 1560 hectares of land by saving 11.00km of canal in the last three years, reclamation of two khas fun ponds, digging of five dogs and 5 cross-dams. In order to produce, collect and save 60 MT rice seeds, the farmers were sold at fair price and 375 farmers were trained. About 0.10 lakh fruits, forests and medicinal plants have been planted in Barind area. Road construction and construction of 9.00 km roads have been repaired. Besides, irrigation is being provided in about 128,01,00 hectares of land using about 357 deep tube wells irrigation in the last year.here
